A 25% deposit of the total price is required at the contract signing. The remaining balance is due 90 days (three months) prior to the event.
The venue is available from 12pm -10pm, this includes setup and takedown. In the event of inclement weather, the reception area may be used for your ceremony.
Limited onsite parking is available.
As part of our planning process, we require that an event coordinator be provided for the duration of your event. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event. Please let us know if you have an event coordinator in place or if you need assistance in recommend one. We are happy to provide more information if needed.
Seating - up to 75 guest
Security officer(s) is required to be present during the event to ensure the safety of all guests and property.
2,000 sq ft with 22 ft ceiling, this exclusive event space has endless possibilities.
We welcome you to use any vendor(s) of your choice for your event. Please note that both you (the lessee) and your chosen vendor will be required to provide proof of liability insurance. The insurance documentation must be submitted to us no later than 30 days before the event.
