Deposit & Payment

A 25% deposit of the total price and a security deposit is required at the contract signing.  The remaining balance will be due 90 days (three months) prior to the event.   

Local same day flight departing from Hangar 4 Venue following your event is available. 

The venue is available from 12 pm- 10 pm, this includes setup and takedown.  As a backup plan, the reception area may be used as your ceremony if necessary.

Seating - up to 70 guests

Security officer(s) are required to be present during the event to ensure the safety of all guests and property.  

2,500 sq ft with 22 ft ceiling, this exclusive event space has endless possibilities.    

You are welcome to choose vendors with whom you feel most comfortable.  All vendors including Lessee are required to have a valid business license and liability insurance.  

Valid proof of insurance must be emailed hangar4venue@gmail.com 30 days prior to the event.
