Rental fee varies depending on:

• Day of week
• Time of year

10 Hour Event Time

· Access to the venue between 12pm and 10pm, including setup and takedown

· Able to accommodate parties of 80 guests

· Golden Chiavari chairs with gold cushions (indoor use only)

· White ceremony chairs

· 72” round tables (rectangle tables available upon request)

. Parking/Event Security

· All parties conclude at 10pm. No Exceptions 

  *Aircraft is available upon request

  *Day before set up subject to availability and fee will apply 

  *Liability Insurance must be purchased anytime venue is occupied

  *4 hour minimum required
