· Access to the venue between 12pm and 10pm, including setup and takedown

· Able to accommodate maximum 75 guests

· Golden Chiavari chairs with gold cushions (indoor use only)

· White ceremony chairs

· 72” round tables (rectangle tables available upon request)

. Parking/Event Security

· All parties conclude at 10pm. No Exceptions

  *Day before set up subject to availability

  *Liability Insurance must be purchased while venue is occupied
